First release. Links live once as url- AsciiDoc attributes; a dependency-free scanner rejects literal copies (scheme, trailing slash, and fragment differences included) and warns on near misses. fix rewrites literals and logs each rewrite to docs/link-registry-changes.adoc. CI runs the scan as its own first job on every push and pull request, so a failing scan stops the Antora build and Pages deploy from starting. The optional Antora extension warns on literals and publishes a JSON index of every outbound link and the pages that use it.
