register declared a default parameter, which made its length 0. Antora then called it as register(context, { config, playbook }), so the extension never saw registry and injected nothing. It now takes exactly one parameter, and a test pins register.length to 1.

Building the antora-supplemental hub showed the second issue: url-facto-stack, defined in the link-registry component’s antora.yml, raised warnings on hub pages that never defined it. Warnings now check each page against its own component version’s attributes plus the shared registry files and playbook attributes. The JSON index still lists every registered name.
